Getting Together Safely
At the monthly meeting last week Staff and YACC Board leaders met via Zoom to consider next steps in gathering safely. Christian Fellowship is important and we are making every effort to encourage it while maintaining safety. We will continue the online services until sometime in August with consideration for how things develop this summer. Small groups of approximately 25 or less from the congregation can now choose to meet in the building if they stick to the protocols and make reservations through the office. YACC small groups are encouraged to offer members the option of participating by Zoom. Several groups are meeting via Zoom now.
Outside groups will not be allowed to use the facility until we begin worship services in the building again tentatively sometime in August. Beginning June 8 the staff will all be in their offices on Monday and will continue taking turns staffing the office Tuesday through Thursday 9:00am to 12:00 and 1:00pm to 4:00. Please phone ahead if coming by the office to limit the number of people in the room.
Protocols:
Room or space booked in advance. Groups larger than 10 must meet in the Family Life Center.
